Clients retain exclusive control over the passwords and management accounts for these services. 4. Duration of Information Use

Client information collected and used will be retained from the time of account and service registration on https://clients.viethosting.com until the client discontinues service use and requests the deletion of account information from VietHosting's service management system.

Client data stored on server systems for services such as Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers will be subject to the Terms of Service and may be deleted upon non-renewal of services or violation of the Terms of Service.
