Refund Policy
The Refund Policy aims to provide customers with peace of mind and enhance their experience when registering and using services provided by VietHosting. Refunds are available within 7 days if customers are dissatisfied with the service.

VietHosting also outlines specific terms and conditions regarding the refund policy for its services, ensuring customer confidence and an improved service experience.
2. Refund Details
The Refund Policy applies to the following services: Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, KVM VPS.
The refund amount and method will depend on the specific refund circumstances as outlined in the Refund Terms.
3. Refund Terms
Customers will receive a refund for the remaining service period, less one month's usage fee, if the cancellation and refund request is made between the 8th and 15th day from the service payment and activation date.
For cancellation and refund requests made beyond the 15-day mark from service payment and activation, if the refund is approved and results in a balance, this balance will be credited to the customer's account. This credit can only be used for VietHosting services and is non-transferable or non-refundable in cash.
4. Refund Exclusions
Requests from the same individual or those showing fraudulent registration activities to exploit VietHosting's Refund Policy, such as identical ID numbers, phone numbers, emails, payment accounts, or using fake information to register multiple accounts and request refunds after a certain service period.
Matching domain names used on service packages or matching IP addresses used for service registration or payment with existing or previously refunded accounts.
Refund requests are denied if the customer's service is terminated for violating VietHosting's service usage policy.
The Refund Policy does not apply to monthly payment services.
The Refund Policy does not apply to Domain Name, Software License, Dedicated Server, and Colocation.
The Refund Policy does not apply to Hosting or Domain Resellers.
