Thông báo về việc chuyển đổi server cho các khách hàng Reseller và Shared Hosting !
Hiện nay với mong muốn đem lại sự ổn định và chất lượng phục vụ tốt nhất tới khách hàng, VIETHOSTING tiến hành chuyển dịch vụ Shared Hosting và Reseller Hosting sang các server mới với cấu hình đồng bộ chung như sau:
2x E5620 16x 2.4GHz, 24GB RAM, 6x 250GB hoặc 6x 1TB HDD sử dụng RAID 10.
Vì số lượng khách hàng rất lớn, nên chúng tôi buộc phải chuyển đổi từng bước trên từng server, vì vậy để thuận tiện cho khách hàng biết, chúng tôi xin thông báo nội dung và cách thức chuyển như sau:
1. Chuyển các tài khoản chung 1 server về server mới.
2. Cập nhật ip cho các DNS đang sử dụng về IP mới.
3. Khóa các tài khoản trên server cũ để tránh thất thoát dữ liệu. (Vì khi change DNS hoặc update IP sẽ cần 1 thời gian nhất định để cập nhật, trong thời gian này nếu không khóa site cũ sẽ có truy cập lên site cũ và post bài lên site ở server cũ, khi update dns sẽ mất những bài này, nên việc khóa và ngăn chặn truy cập trên server cũ sẽ giải quyết được vấn đề này.)
Tổng kết chung:
Vì chúng tôi sẽ update IP cho các DNS ( Name Servers ) đang sử dụng sang server mới, nên những khách hàng nào sử dụng DNS của Việt Hosting dạng: nsx.it-4vn.com vs nsy.it-4vn.com ( với x, y là các số 1,2,3 v.v.. ) thì site sẽ tự hoạt động bình thường không ảnh hưởng, riêng các khách hàng sử dụng DNS riêng hoặc DNS trung gian thì cần chủ động tự update ip cho tên miền của mình sang server mới, để thuận tiên chúng tôi xin lưu ý với các khách hàng như sau:
1. Các khách hàng nào vào site bình thường thì không cần update gì thêm.
2. Các khách hàng khi vào site mình mà nhận được thông báo bị Suspended hoặc không vào được nghĩa là website đã được chuyển mà site các bạn chưa được cập nhật DNS hoặc IP. Đối với trường hợp này các bạn vui lòng update theo hướng dẫn của thông báo qua Email từ Việt Hosting. Tùy theo khách hàng nằm trên server nào thì mỗi site sẽ nhận được thông báo có IP và DNS tương ứng. Các khách hàng chú ý điều này để cập nhật DNS và IP cho đúng.
