Khuyến cáo về vấn đề chmod file và thư mục trên Hosting Share & Reseller

Hiện tại có 1 số khách hàng chmod file và thư mục ở dạng 101 hoac 111 hoăc thay đổi theo chmod riêng trên server share hosting vì sợ bị local, xin nhắc lại điều này hoàn toàn không cần thiết đối với hosting tại Việt Hosting, không có lợi mà chỉ ảnh hưởng đến việc backup dữ liệu của các bạn trên hệ thống. Các khách hàng vui lòng giữ chmod 644 đối với file và 755 hoặc 711 đối với thư mục, một số trường hợp file config có thể chmod dạng 444. Khi khách hàng chmod ở dạng 101 hoặc 111 sẽ ảnh hưởng đến vấn đề backup của server, và những trường hợp chmod không đúng theo cấu hình chung của cPanel sẽ dẫn đến việc file backup bị thiếu file hoặc thư mục và lúc cần dùng đến backup để restore dữ liệu thì lại bị thiếu file và thư mục. Kể từ 25/02/2012 về sau, những trường hợp thiếu dữ liệu do đã có sự thay đổi chmod thư mục hoặc file ko đúng theo mặc định của cpanel sẽ không được giải quyết.
